TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2026 RETREATS
We are a small independent business, and each reservation is very important to us. Besides putting lots of love, time, and energy into organising our retreats, we also have to make non-recoverable payments in advance to make them happen.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Thank you!

_____________
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
When you sign up for a she she retreat, we require a non-refundable deposit of 500 EUR for a shared room, 1000 EUR for a solo room, which is transferable to another person or retreat (subject to availability and the conditions outlined below).
Your reservation is officially confirmed only once we have received your deposit. We are unfortunately unable to reserve spots via email.
The deposit also serves as a down payment and will be deducted from your total amount.
_____________
THE REMAINDER PAYMENT
Please ensure that the remaining payment is received no later than 8 weeks before the retreat begins to secure your reservation.
We will send one reminder. If we do not receive your payment on time, we will have no choice but to make your spot available again, and your deposit will be forfeited.
_____________
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 8 weeks before the retreat: You may transfer your booking once, free of charge, to another retreat taking place within 12 months. A second transfer will forfeit 50% of your original deposit.
Within 8 weeks of the retreat: Transfers and refunds are no longer possible. However, you may find someone else to take your place.
_____________
BEHAVIOR
Please keep in mind that this is a group experience, not a private one-on-one retreat with the teachers or hosts. While we aim to offer moments of individual attention to each guest, the program is designed to support a group with varying needs and cannot guarantee that everything will align with individual preferences.
We invite you to approach this experience with openness — towards meeting new people, spending time with yourself, and exploring new practices, including food and movement.
We also ask for a certain emotional maturity: an ability to be with your own feelings, respect those of others, and understand that wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all.
_____________
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
While no one books a retreat intending to cancel, unexpected events can occur. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations.
You participate in all classes, hikes, and workshops at your own risk. Please use your own judgment regarding what feels appropriate for your body and mental state.
If you do not live in the country where the retreat takes place, you are required to have international health insurance that covers medical care and, if needed, transport home.
Note: We are trauma-informed facilitators but not trained therapists or psychologists. If you have or have had any mental health conditions, especially where medication is involved, please inform us beforehand so we can assess together whether this retreat is a suitable and supportive environment.
_____________
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Due to the non-recoverable costs required to organise our retreats, payments are non-refundable within 8 weeks of the retreat start date.
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including health conditions, family or work emergencies, bad weather, or a change of mind.
If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, or delayed or cancelled flights, retreat fees remain non-refundable.
If you arrive late or leave early, no refunds will be given for the unused portion of your stay.
_____________
PHONE USE, CONTENT, SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMERCE
To protect the atmosphere for everyone, the following applies:
This retreat is intended as a space to invest in your personal life — not for work, blogging, or the promotion of products, brands, or services.
Professional cameras and video equipment are not permitted during the retreat.
Any content creation with a commercial intent (including brand collaborations or sponsored content) is not allowed.
Phones are not allowed during practices, yoga, or meditation. Please respect the privacy of other guests and only take photos with their consent.
Phone calls should not take place in shared spaces or rooms. If needed, please step outside to a quiet area where you will not disturb others.
_____________
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
We always aim to host every retreat as planned. That said, unforeseen circumstances can arise. A minimum of 6 guests is required for a retreat to be financially viable, and equally important, our philosophy and work are deeply rooted in group dynamics — below that number, we feel the experience loses too much of its power.
For this reason, we recommend not booking flights until 8 weeks before the retreat start date, unless you have travel insurance that covers cancellations.
This timing works both ways: it's also the point at which we ask guests for their final, non-changeable commitment. From the 8-week mark onward, both sides are fully committed.
she she cannot be held responsible for any external costs, including flights, accommodation, visa fees, or loss of income.
In the event that we must cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible, no later than the 8-week mark and you will receive a full 100% refund, as well as the option to transfer to another date and a 5% discount on a future retreat.
_____________
OUR RIGHTS
she she reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if her behavior is disruptive. No refunds will be given in this case.
she she reserves the right to hold a guest liable for any damages caused to the house, nature, or belongings.
she she reserves the right to make changes to the program, teachers, or team if necessary. This includes changes to specific practices or modalities — for example, yoga may be replaced with another movement, meditation or breathwork practice. In the event of a teacher change, she she will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. No refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be accepted on the basis of a teacher or program change alone.
