Terms and Conditions 2025 retreats
We are a small independent business, and each reservation is very important to us. Besides putting lots of love, time, and energy into organizing our retreats, we also have to make non-recoverable payments in advance to make them happen. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Thank you!

When you sign up for a she she retreat, we require a non-refundable but transferable* deposit of 500 EUR. Your reservation is officially confirmed only once we have received your deposit, we do not reserve spots via email. This deposit also serves as a down payment and will be deducted from your total amount.
Please set a reminder to ensure the remaining payment is in our account no later than six weeks before the retreat begins to secure your reservation. We will send you one reminder, yet if we do not receive your payment on time, we will have no choice but to make your spot available again, and your deposit will be forfeited.
More than six weeks before the retreat:
You may change your participation to another retreat within the same calendar year at no additional cost. For example, if you change your participation in the May 2025 retreat, you may join another retreat until May 2026. In the case of a full cancellation, the 500 EUR deposit will be forfeited, but any remaining payment will be refunded. In the unlikely event that no retreat is taking place within that year, we will extend the option to the next available retreat date.
Within six weeks of the retreat date:
Changes are no longer possible. Should you need to cancel within six weeks of the retreat date, no refunds will be given. If you find a replacement, she is welcome to take your spot.
Keep in mind that this is a group experience, not a private, one-on-one trip with the teachers/hosts. While we aim to have equal one-on-one with each guest, a group experience means we aim for a program that caters to the dynamics of different women with varying needs but cannot guarantee everything will align with individual preferences. Please be open-minded to meeting new people, as well as (being okay with) spending time by yourself, and trying new things, including food and practices. Approach this journey with an emotional maturity by understanding and accepting your own feelings, as well as those of others. And that there is ''no one size fits all and always'' when it comes to wellbeing, and that life doesn’t always unfold exactly as planned—and that this can be a positive learning experience, rather than a disappointment.
While no one books a retreat intending to cancel, unexpected events can occur. We highly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations of any kind.
You participate in the classes, hikes, and workshops at your own risk and must use your judgment as to which movements, positions, exercises, and excursions are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness, and mental stability. If you do not live in the country where the retreat takes place, you are required to have international health insurance that covers medical care and transport home if needed.
Note: We are not trained therapists or psychologists. If you have any mental health issues, especially where medication is involved, you must inform us beforehand so we can decide together if this trip is safe for you and us.
The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the work required to find a replacement or the risk of not finding one. Due to non-recoverable payments we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including health conditions, family or work emergencies, bad weather, or a change of mind.
If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather conditions, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund for the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
This retreat is meant to invest in your personal life—not for your work, blog, website, or the promotion of any products, brands, or services. Professional digital cameras and video cameras are not allowed during your stay. Any content creation with a commercial background is prohibited.
Phones are not allowed during practices, yoga, or meditation. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not photograph them unless they have given consent. Phone calls are not allowed in the house or shared rooms. If you did not book a private room, please go to a remote, quiet corner in the garden or mountains to make calls without disturbing anyone. Thank you!
We always strive to promote each retreat effectively, ensure sufficient sign-ups, and manage the house rental, team, and catering to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, as with any event, unforeseen circumstances can arise. For this reason, we recommend refraining from booking flights until six weeks before the retreat begins—the same mark at which we ask for a final, unchangeable commitment on your end—unless you have travel insurance that covers unforeseen cancellations.
Please note that she she cannot be held accountable for any expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, loss of work, visa fees, or other associated costs. If we are unable to host a retreat and must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible, refund 100% of your payment, and offer alternative dates along with a 10% discount on your next retreat.
she she reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behavior is disruptive; no refunds will be given.
she she reserves the right to hold a guest liable for damages caused to the house, nature, or belongings.
she she reserves the right to change the program, teachers, or team members at any time.
