Also in 2026, we’ll return to La Isla Bonita, Mallorca—where it all began—because, well… it’s simply too special not to. We’re hosting two retreats in this safe haven that has inspired us for the past 8 years, in two of our favourite months: just before and just after the summer heat and rush.
In mid-to-late May, everything is in bloom, the island feels so alive, and the long evenings stretch almost endlessly as we approach midsummer. And in early September, we return for those who want to savor the summer season a little longer. The hottest days have passed, but warmth still lingers. The climate is our favourite these two times of year and the sunsets are incredible. Enchanting is be the best word to describe it, really—no other island view compares, as even the locals will tell you.

We will return to the beating heart of our retreat locations: a 13th-century, family-owned monastery set high in the hills of the UNESCO Tramuntana mountain range in Mallorca. Find it at the top of a zigzag road between the artistic villages of Valldemossa and Deià. An area which has inspired countless painters, poets, and musicians — and we're pretty confident, it will step you of your feet too.
Hosted by Jo and Albertine, the retreat focuses on pilates, intuitive movement, and the signature she she magic you may already be familiar with. We call it our 'signature retreat' because it brings together our favourite practices and the most impactful moments since we founded she she in 2015. Expect a rich, yet down-to-earth mind-body program complemented by mindfulness, slowness, exploration, and creativity—all woven into a holistic journey for modern women’s well-being.
And, as always, you can look forward to unpretentious, delicious food. We are happy to announce a new culinary collaboration, and our chef in residence this season will be Melana, from Big Table to Share, who also owns the charming cafe Bubu’s Corner on the nearby island of Menorca.
Wander through ancient olive groves, breathe in the mountain air, feel the wind against your skin and watch the sun dip below the ocean's horizon. Note that this is an old rural home and not a hotel resort. There is no heating, no AC, and hardly any reception.
And that is exactly why we chose it: for a slow living experience in close connection with nature. With a decade of steady and continuously thriving retreats, 8 years of those took place here, we have become deeply familiar with this place, knowing and loving it inside out. We promise the moment you set foot on these timeless grounds, it will steal your heart, just like it did ours.

We want you to let go of expectations and to create a sense of ease and full trust in the process, and so we do not share our schedule until the evening before.
We embrace an inclusive approach to movement and mindfulness, encouraging you to recognize that you are the expert of you, and there is no one-size-fits-all formula for well-being. We create a warm space for our guests to (re)discover their intuitive way of being. With guidance and tools from Jo and Albertine, we will support you on your path to feeling more inner calmness, and aliveness.
For both movement and mindfulness practices, we welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All classes are optional and you're welcome to sleep in one morning, or head off to bed sooner, acknowledging that some bodies crave (and deserve) nothing but rest.
New for 2026: One of the bedrooms has been transformed into our cozy practice space (you may have spotted it in our September IG stories), and in its place, there's a charming attic dorm with three single beds, perfect for a more affordable stay while still soaking in all the goodness of this home (oh, with an ensuite bathroom and ocean view!).
We’re also introducing two retreat lengths: a 4-night May retreat that includes a weekend—perfect for those on a payroll who can't or don’t want to take more than a few days off—and a 3-night midweek September retreat, ideal for parents while the kids are at daycare or school or anyone wanting to extend their island escape with the weekend before or after (highly recommended if you can!).

As long as the links are working, that means spots are available. If not, it means the retreat is fully booked. If you have a particular room in mind, please check with us first for availability. For any further questions, don’t hesitate to email us at shesheretreats@gmail.com.

The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca (PMI), and the monastery is located at the top of a dirt road off the main road between Valldemossa and Deià. We recommend arriving by rental car or taxi: it's a 40 minute drive from the airport or 30 minutes from Palma city. After booking, we offer tips on things to do and places to visit if arriving earlier or extending your stay, along with detailed instructions on how to reach the retreat location. We will also connect our guests, so that transportation to and from the retreat can be easily shared.
If you feel like exploring the island outside the retreat surroundings, a rental car will allow you to visit nearby beaches and towns during the free time slots. If you prefer to rest and enjoy this beautiful location, no rental car is needed.
