A she she SPRING RETREAT

WEDNESDAY 15 - SUNDAY 19 APRIL 2026
Check in from 15 hrs onwards, welcome circle at 17:30 hrs.
Check out 10:30 hrs from rooms, 15 hrs from hotel.

Our first winter retreat here was everything we hoped it would be, and more.
It offered a space for self-care that extended far beyond the beautiful hours spent in the forest spa. Surrounded by nature and held by a circle of like-minded women during a season that can feel especially noisy, we slowed down, turned inward, and preserved our energy. We rested, reconnected, and left feeling ready to move forward.
As we approach spring, we are excited to return with a retreat program inspired by the rhythm of the new season. Ascent reflects this moment of transition. Moving upward and onward. Renewal, expansion, and the energy of the Year of the Horse. A time to welcome aliveness, while continuing to honour balance, rest, and inner calm.
Taking place in mid-April, this retreat offers a considered blend of movement and stillness to support both body and mind. The days will include pilates, intuitive movement, breath-work, and nature walks that celebrate the reawakening of life. These are held alongside restorative practices, meditation, and generous downtime. Simply being held, something we so deeply need and deserve.
We return to the beautiful, female-run eco design hotel Saltus, where rooms can be booked solo or shared with a friend, or someone new. For those wishing to extend their (design) journey, Milan lies just south, with Salone del Mobile taking place the following week.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Feel invited to our second retreat in South Tyrol, northern Italy. Often referred to as the Green Riviera of the Alps, between the Dolomites, the Salten Meadow, and just a short distance from Bolzano.
Co-hosted by Albertine and Jo, the retreat offers dynamic morning pilates and intuitive movement, followed by restorative and mindfulness practices in the afternoons. All sessions take place in what we feel is one of the most special practice spaces we have experienced.
Between practices, enjoy slow hours in the forest spa with a steam bath, hay sauna, and Finnish sauna. Begin your days with generous breakfasts, gather for Italian dinners, share conversations in good company, and wander beneath towering pine trees while breathing in crisp mountain air that naturally invites deeper breaths. Float in the outdoor heated rooftop pool overlooking the Dolomites at sunrise or under a starry sky. There will also be moments of she she creativity and joy off the mat.
A retreat shaped by nature’s rhythm. A considered balance of slowness and aliveness.
Staying here feels like being in a large treehouse, something your inner child will love. And yet, it is perhaps better described as a warm, luxurious nest, offering all the modern comfort our adult selves crave. From the hay sauna to the deep, undisturbed sleep in beautifully comfortable hotel beds, everything invites rest. In the outer stillness, something inside us softens. It has been a long time since we felt our nervous system settle so quickly.
There are many things that make this hotel special. Its aesthetics feel deeply aligned with us, as does its seamless relationship with nature and its commitment to sustainable values. The forest spa, sky pool, and practice space are remarkable, not least because of the views. But what we admire most is that the hotel has been run by women for three generations. That family and female presence is felt everywhere, calm and assured, and it aligns beautifully with everything we stand for at she she.
