With the darker winter season ahead, late autumn is a beautiful time to go inward: to pause, reflect and replenish. Both your body and mind will agree. As we leave the hustle and bustle of summer behind, we dive into a safe and nurturing environment that offers space for moments of joy, truth and inspiration.
At she she we take a contemporary approach to well-being, without being rigid. Our retreats don’t follow a strict schedule or enforced detoxing. Instead we create an open-minded place to heal and feel safe, where you can really let your hair down and indulge in a meaningful retreat experience alongside like-minded women.
In short, feeling and moving freely – enjoying the things in life that truly matter!
HIDEAWAY
Das ROSSO is an off the beaten path, old red farmhouse tucked in the hills of Allgäu, Germany.
There are three cozy apartments that have been renovated with great attention to detail. Cozy yet bright, contemporary yet rustic. Imagine a large green garden overlooking the hills offering a view of undiscovered forests and the Alps. Sun beds and hammocks allow you to fully unwind and embrace a slower pace of living.
Everything is organic, in balance and exudes the pleasant smell of natural materials. Comfortable and big double box spring beds (its true, we tested them!), high ceilings, a shower as well as bathtub, hand-picked country furniture, fluffy towels, a daybed and lots of light. Each apartment also has a south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunset.
On the ground floor there is large living room for us to gather and cook, chat and just unwind. It has a fireplace, comfy sofas and library to ponder or create. This space leads to the yoga studio, fully equipped with mats, bolsters and blanket, so you do not have to bring anything. There’s a sauna with the scent of local pine trees and (for the brave-hearts!) a fresh natural pond to cool down.

MOVEMENT AND MIND
During SYMPHONIES, expect to be guided through an array of yoga-based practices as well as beautiful rituals and ceremonies. The crisp forest air and cosy indoor spaces of Das Rosso will make these experiences unforgettable. We believe in the connection between nature, body and consciousness.
Our warm and sincere guidance is the perfect framework for you to embark on a journey towards wholeness and a deeper sense of self-awareness. There is no right or wrong and none of the sessions require previous experience in yoga or meditation; everything happens at your pace and tone.
Offering an inclusive approach to movement and mindfulness, we encourage you to realise that “you are the expert of you” and hold a welcome space for you to (re)discover your intuitive way of being. Guiding practices that go beyond the traditional labels of meditation and yoga, we invite you to meet yourself in the moment.
WHILE RETREATING
November: Accepting what is.
“Do not seek for everything to happen as you wish it would, but rather wish that everything happens as it actually will – then your life will flow well”
In line with the above stoic quote, part of our concept is that we do not reveal too much details of the program, as we want our guests to let go of any expectations and fully surrender to our experience and expertise.
Yet to give you some insight: after you've woken up to the sound of cow bells and watched the sun rise over the hills, have a coffee or tea and perhaps some fruit, we welcome you to a 90 min morning movement and meditation practice daily at 9am. Followed by big sweet and savoury home cooked brunch at 11am and again hearty snacks or soups are served around 3pm. From noon onwards each day looks different combining beautiful experiences like a seasonal cooking, aromatherapy or creative workshop, a hike in the forest or a second movement and meditation practice – and of course plenty of free time to enjoy the sauna and simply unwind in your apartment or the beautiful communal living room. Before we gather again at the big farm table for a nourishing home-cooked group dinner and cosy moments at the fireplace.

Through dynamic yoga, intuitive motion and slow yin, we have created an array of movement practices helping you to reconnect body and breath through rhythmic, mindful movement. With great passion and dedication, our teachers hold a welcome space for our guests to tune in, to explore, to heal and to be open trying (and feeling!) new things.
Furthermore, expect to deep dive into our multi-sensory experiences such as collective breath work, reconnecting with nature via Shinrin-Yoku (forest-bathing), exploring your creativity side with an art workshop, a cooking class and scent scapes with essential oils.

HOW TO GET THERE
TRAIN
We'e made it very easy to come by train and have organised a shuttle bus to Das Rosso, leaving from the nearest train station: Kempten (Allgäu). The shuttle leaves at 3:30PM and arrives at Das Rosso at 4PM.
For departure on Sunday, another shuttle leaves at 10:30AM back to the train station to arrive a at noon. The shuttle is included in the price, just make sure to be there on time.
CAR
Of course you can also just drive to Das Rosso, there is parking right next to the property.
AIR
The nearest airport is FFM Memmingen Airport or MUC Munich Airport.
TRAVEL TOGETHER
We will connect all guests so those travelling around the same time and from the same location can meet up.
