Our retreats are an interweaving of slow conscious living and reconnecting with our truest, wildest selves. Time to feel into our instincts, embrace the sensual experience of rural nature, and see our own raw beauty reflected in these ancient surroundings.
she who loves movement
she who values slowness
she who seeks adventure
Although most experiences are enjoyed as a group, there is always plenty of space for introspective time alone, to allow your personal journey of well-being unfold in an organic, easy way.
Get wonderfully lost (or perhaps found!) in this untamed part of the island with us.
We'll stay at an enchanting 13th Century Monastery set high in the hills of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana range of Mallorca.
This unique family owned home is located near the artistic village of Deià where one can really feel the creative soul of the island. This area has been an inspiration to many painters, poets and musicians.
The property enjoys breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, while surrounded by millennial olive groves. Spend some time alone in a quiet nook or hang out with the group in the communal spaces like the cosy living room or the outdoor terrace lounge with infinity pool.
Wander through sweet-scented citrus trees, breathe in the fresh mountain air and watch the sun dip below the ocean's horizon. Note that this an old rural home and not a hotel resort, and that is exactly why we love it! We promise the moment you set foot on these blessed grounds, it will steal your heart...
At she she we invite you to let go of expectations and embrace being open for the present moment. The schedule remains a surprise, but you can look forward to a dynamic yet balanced program with different practices for body and mind. We believes every woman deserve a life of joy and connection, akin to the moments we share on our retreats.
Offering an inclusive approach to movement and mindfulness, our teachers encourages you to realise that “you are the expert of you” and holds a warm space for guests to (re)discover their intuitive way of being. This is not something you can 'be good at', all levels, all bodies, are most welcome.
Guiding practices that go beyond the traditional labels of meditation and yoga, we will offer you a chance to meet yourself with arms wide open. Through deep listening to both the body’s natural intelligence and the stories of our sisters.
Having said that, keep in mind we are not a typical yoga retreat, but prefer the term well-being retreat. What we offer is not just daily yoga classes and meals – but an enriching journey that interweaves a love for slow travel, creative explorations, sensory workshops and (off-road) adventures – all while enjoying the feeling of togetherness in line with our she she philosophy:
Contemporary wellbeing retreats with a joyful and down to earth approach. A multi-sensory journey interweaving movement, mindfulness, slowness, nature, sisterhood and creativity – curated for the nowadays, open-minded woman.
For the preparation of food and drinks we focus on thoughtful eating experiences, merging cooking techniques with an aesthetic of beautiful simplicity and earthly wholeness. Each serving is a result of considering the whole journey from the roots to the plate served on the table.
We serve a vegetarian menu shared family style, combining local and seasonal ingredients with the taste of the Mediterranean. Expect lots of fruit and vegetables, granola, oats and bread, rice and grains, a pasta night, local cheese, cow and almond yoghurt and organic eggs. Natural wine from local winemakers is available at an additional fair cost.
Local means we don't use soy, chia, quinoa or other non-European imported products. Instead, we enjoy the great delicious variety that Mediterranean cuisine has to offer. We are not here to lose weight or 'detox'. And if you are open to a variety of foods and just want to indulge in wholesome and good food, our retreats will be a real treat!
We can accommodate small and reasonable dietary requests, but when it comes to severe allergies or strict plant based or gluten free diets, our team and kitchen is simply too small to prepare separate dishes. Thanks for understanding.
We understand that coming alone or sharing a room might feel daunting at first, but we assure you that when women come together and share these experiences it is so inspiring, transformative and empowering. A vibe that can only arise when we come together as a sisterhood where all are equal. A safe space without judgement.
Sharing is something we always encourage as it allows us to offer more women a spot in an already very intimate group of only 9, to 11 women at most. Plus a more amicable experience: at our retreats, strangers leave as friends.
Your individual strength and sensitivity will be amplified by the energy of a newfound community, perhaps more than you could imagine. Often, the women we don’t share our daily lives with surprise us with a powerful sense of sisterhood. Together we will take a path that is less certain, have worthy encounters and fulfilling travel experiences while we embark on a journey that awakens our true potential.
No matter your size, age, background, flexibility, etc. – as long as you are open-minded, considerate of others and have a kind soul, you are most welcome.
We are the kind of women who like to use a nice face oil (we'll make our own!) but also don't mind a scratch on our skin. The beach we'll go to doesn't have sand or sun-beds but is rocky and rugged, and that is exactly why we love it!
The house is located in the mountains right at the coastline, which means breathtaking views, but also that the weather is unpredictable. Even though we host our retreats in the spring and summer season, stormy evenings are not unusual here. In fact, they are of great importance to nurture the surrounding nature. This is the reason why this Tramuntana area is so much greener than the rest of the island. Water is precious, which means we have to use it mindfully.
The phone reception is not great and the internet is weak. (Nice, right?). Sheep, donkeys and goats roam freely and - after all we're in the Mediterranean - some geckos live here too.
Our retreat philosophy is that we go with the flow of the wind, the energy of the group and, at a crossroads, often chooses the path of the unknown. (Not to worry, we know what we're doing, we're just not telling you everything yet.)
Nothing wrong with precise planning and having exact expectations about the house, practices and food – however, then perhaps this trip is not the right fit for you.
Yet if you are ready to let go of expectations, up for some unexpected adventures, curious about all kinds of food, excited to meet other women and looking to enjoy life at a slower pace, then a she she retreat will be just the escape you have been longing for!
Limited spots and a first come, first served policy.

Before applying, please make sure to first read our cancellation terms and other conditions here.
It's a remote location, and that is exactly why we love it. But don't worry, it's not that tricky, plus every guest before you has managed to get here... so can you :) The exact location can be found here.
The nearest airport is Palma PMI. From there, we recommend coming by (small) rental car or taxi. We will do one trip to the beach as a group, and transportation will be arranged by us accordingly. For those looking to explore the island during free time slots, a car is basically a must here and it allows you to drive to the beaches and nearby Deià and Valldemossa. If you prefer a slow-paced experience and spend most of your free time at the monastery, there is no need to rent a car.
A few weeks prior to the retreat, we will connect everyone to team up, so cars or taxis can be shared. From the airport, a car ride is 40 minutes and a taxi costs ca. 55 EUR. So a shared taxi with 3 persons is about 15-20 EUR per person.
You can also take the bus direction Port de Soller, and get out at stop Son Gallard. Just note from there it's about a 20 min walk up hill. The sweet reward of the incredible view will make it all worthwhile!
For any concerns or further questions, big or small, please don't hesitate to get in touch via email: shesheretreats@gmail.com.
We are here to guide you the best way we can, to make this a most meaningful and memorable experience for you.
