If you've been following us for a while but were never really sure which retreat theme suits you, Summer Tales is just the one you're looking for!
We can't wait for our upcoming all-in-one wellbeing retreat full of positive energy from the joyful hustle and bustle of summer, intertwined with all of our favorite practices, workshops and rituals. Of course, our 'greatest hits' retreat can only take place at our signature location, the enchanting monastery tucked away in the coastal hills.
We have put together a 5-day experience that appeals to all your senses as you stimulate your body and quiet your mind through approachable meditation, while being nourishing with home-cooked meals highlighting the tastes of summer.
A carefree getaway – also perfect for yoga and meditation beginners – in a safe and inspiring environment, empowered by a compassionate sisterhood. Ask yourself, when was the last time you allowed yourself such a well-deserved break?
Knowing that everything we invest in our personal well-being not only benefits our connection with our own mind and body, but also improves our relationship with our loved ones and the world around us.
We stay in an enchanting 13th-century monastery, high in the hills of the UNESCO World Heritage Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca.
A truly unique location, that will steal your heart the minute you set foot on these blessed grounds and catch a glimpse of the mesmerising southwest ocean views. We dare to say it, as even the local agree: the most beautiful views of the entire island.

At she she we invite you to let go of expectations and be open to the present moment. Instead of chasing goals of self-improvement, we seek to nurture ourselves, following a path that frees us from any wellness trends. You can look forward to a well-curated program intended to (re)connect body, heart and mind, created by she she co-founder Steph Cusack. Together, in this safe space, we will explore what holistic healing truly means.
Steph encourages you to realize that "you are the expert of you" and offers guests a warm space to (re)discover their intuitive way of moving and being.
From masterclasses on self-expression to poetic flowing vinyasa, Steph guides practices that go beyond the traditional labels of meditation and yoga and offers you a chance to meet yourself with open arms. This is not something you can be "good at," so all levels, all bodies, are welcome.
Our guests say Steph has a "voice like honey" and her teachings stem from her training in instinctive meditation, vinyasa and restorative yoga, an upbringing in Eastern holistic well-being, and a lifelong love of dance, music and ocean bathing!

See frequently asked questions below.
I feel new to yoga, would I feel comfortable?
Absolutely and warmly welcome! We cannot stress enough that our philosophy is that our retreats are assessable for everyone. Everything is optional and done at a pace you feel comfortable with. Talk to Steph at any time to say how you feel and she will meet you where you are.
Can I come alone?
Again, absolutely yes! In fact, most women do, and we highly recommend doing so, as it's an incredibly self-empowering experience. And we love this quote by Alex Elle: ''Our social circles are not necessarily our healing circles''. We understand that coming alone or sharing a room might feel daunting at first, but we assure you that the feeling which arises from these shared experiences is inspiring, transformative and refreshing. Most often, the women we don’t share our daily lives with surprise us with a powerful sense of sisterhood.
How do I get there?
Fly in to PMI Palma Airport. From there it's a 40 min drive to the monastery. We recommend a small rental car or (sharing) a taxi for ca. 50-60€. You will be with other guests if you like to share transport. Have a look here to read all about the Mallorca location.
Can I come earlier to bring my things?
Unfortunately not, earliest check in is 4pm, latest 6-7pm. We recommend either going to Palma city, where you can leave your things in lockers and have a nice lunch at Mama Carmen in the meantime. Or already drive to the Tramuntana area, visit Deià, have lunch and leave your suitcase at one of the cafe's in town, our favourites are Bistro Rullan or De Monio.
Can I cancel or change to another retreat?
Please have a look at our terms and conditions before booking.
